In a cursed world, you set foot into the role of a young adult, with loving grandparents, your best friend, a fox spirit Husheng, and yet... Your peaceful life gets shaken up as you witness the sky break, and a Lightbringer, a celestial being, fall out of the sky.
You've always been warned about those creatures, and your grandparents strictly prohibited contact with them, but her life is in your hands now.
Will you save her, Wenjin, or will you stay clear, and let her succumb to her destiny, killed by the embodiment of evil?
